Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ExcaliCast ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

ExcaliCast is a whiteboard and screen recording application for iOS. It provides an infinite canvas for drawing, a picture-in-picture camera overlay, built-in screen recording, teleprompter, camera filters, and noise reduction. The App runs entirely on your device.

Subscriptions & Purchases

  • ExcaliCast is free to download and use. Free recordings include a small watermark.
  • Paid subscriptions (Monthly at $1.99/month, Annual at $12.99/year) and a Lifetime purchase ($29.99 one-time) remove the watermark.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

User Content

You retain all rights to the drawings, recordings, and other content you create with ExcaliCast. The App does not claim any ownership over your content. All content is stored locally on your device.

Intellectual Property

ExcaliCast and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Novolink Technologies Pte. Ltd. The embedded drawing canvas is powered by the open-source Excalidraw library under the MIT License.

Limitation of Liability

ExcaliCast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novolink Technologies Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
